Your custom foam mesh-back trucker cap is only limited to our collective imaginations!  

FABRIC -  100% polyester foam front, mesh back. Structured, five-panel, mid-profile, pre-curved visor with braid detailing, adjustable double snapback closure, tear away label.

FIT - One size, 6-5/8" - 7-3/8". 3-1/2" crown height.

BLANK - We use Valucap - Foam Mesh-Back Trucker Cap - VC700

DESIGN PROCESS - Describe what you would like on your foam mesh-back trucker cap or upload a photo for inspiration. A mockup will be sent to you for approval before making.  Designs can be done in full colour (a photo is fine) or with fewer colours.  

SURCHARGES - Price includes one design hit on the front.  

HOW TO LOVE IT - Wash in cold, air dry.

PICK UP / SHIPPING - Curbside pick up is available at 325 Flagstone Terrace in Toronto.  Shipping is available across Canada (Free @ $100+, Flat Rate $10 in ON, $12 in SK MB QC NB NS and PE, $14 in BC and AB, $16 in YT NT and NU).

TURN AROUND TIME - Custom orders are usually ready for pick up within one week of checkout.
